Associate Pastor Robert H. Bixel and his wife, Mary, came to Pennsville Baptist Church in November 1983. Pastor Bixel received his undergraduate training at Cedarville College earning a B.A. in Speech with a minor in history. He received a Master of Religious Education from Temple Baptist Theological Seminary in 1971.
